Begun in 2015, New Haven Urbanism is intended to serve as a forum for discussions aimed at furthering the understanding of urban morphology in the Greater New Haven region of south-central Connecticut. Articles are meant to frame issues, present ideas, and elaborate on existing research for the purposes of initiating discussion. Topics include analysis of development trends, works of architecture, and the social and spatial organization of the City of New Haven and its environs. Far from a comprehensive or authoritative guide, this resource is a work-in-progress that encourages commentary and feedback so it can improve and evolve. Thanks for stopping by and please feel free to comment on an article or write a message to the editor at newhavenurbanism@gmail.com.
